With over 45 years International experience in five continents, with InterContinental Hotels Group, Sheraton Corporation, Starwood hotels & resorts, Hilton International, Fairmont Hotels, Radisson International & Radisson SAS, Bass Hotels & Resorts & Southern Pacific Hotels Corporation in various executive positions as General manager for over 20 years and most recently as VP Operations & Development for Europe.

Alex’s area of expertise for the past 35 year is in asset management, acquisitions & legal advisor. He was also heading several pre-opening projects in resort hotels in Bulgaria and worked as General manager in the city of Varna.

Anastasia has a master’s degree in Philology & education. Having worked with Starwood hotels & resorts, Radisson hotels & resorts and InterContinental Hotels group in Russia, North Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia.

With over 30 years of extensive experience holding positions as Executive Chef, F&B director & Hotel Manager, including other senior management assignments in Asia, Middle East & Europe. With InterContinental Hotels, Kempinski & Maritim Hotels.

Davide MINOPOLI
Davide's career started three decades ago with Hilton hotels in Italy and Brazil, mainly in the rooms division; he completed his BA in hospitality at Michigan state university. Soon afterward, he joined The Sheraton Hong Kong as front office manager for two years. He returned to Italy as director of room at the Cavalieri Hilton. In 2004 he joined Starwood at the Westin Milan. In 2006, he took over the Michelangelo hotel in Milan as resident manager. Within two years, he was promoted to general manager and soon to director of operations. Apart from acquisitions and real estate transactions, he will also support our hotels in sales and revenue management.
